| 《金匮要略》对肝病证治内容虽未列专篇论治,但书中有30多条原文阐述了近20种肝病的证治,实开后世治疗肝病之先河。在病因方面,《金匮》认为外感和内伤皆可导致肝及其经络的病变,但以内伤者居多;具体病证包括肝脏本病、肝的经络病变及肝病连及它脏;治法分为疏肝、暖肝、补肝、清肝、镇肝。整理归纳其中有关肝病证治内容,有助于我们理解仲景对肝及其经络病变进行辨证论治的思路和方法,指导临床相应病证的治疗。 |

| There isn't special chapter on liver disease in jinguiyaolue,but there are over thirty articles about twenty kinds of liver disease.On pathogeny,Zhangzhongjing holded that external or internal factors can all lead to liver disease and liver channels disease in jinguiyaolue,and internal factors are more than external factors.The concrete disease concludes liver disease,liver channels disease and other organs disease affected by liver disease.Treatment methods are dredging liver,warming liver,nourishing liver,clearing liver,tranquilizing liver.Sorting out and summing up the content about liver disease is help for us to understand the train of thought and the methods of Zhangzhongjing about liver disease,directing the treatment about liver disease. |
