| 中医养生学是中医关于人体生命养护的理论原则及经验方法的知识体系。这个知识体系创造性地构建了藏象生命理论系统,提出了明确的以治未病为核心的思想原则,积累了丰富多彩的养生方法,它植根于中华文化的沃土,蕴涵中华民族特有的精神价值和文化理念,不仅是人类科技发展和文明进步的历史见证,也是人类继续探索生命科学的重要借鉴和依据,具有重要的历史和现实价值。 |

| Science of health preserving of TCM is knowledge hierarchy of traditional Chinese medicine's theory principle and experience method about human body life curing.The field has structured this knowledge hierarchy of visceral manifestations theory system,has brought forward thought clear and definite centering on curing not disease principle,method having accumulated keeping in good health of colour and variety,it establishes the fertile soil in China culture,proper spirit of implication Chinese nation value and culture idea,is not only historical testimony of human being science and technology develops and civilized progressive,also that importance drawing lessons and basis of human being continuing to probe the life science and is worth according to having important history and reality. |
