| 目的观察免煎祛萎宁颗粒剂治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的疗效.方法将145例CAG患者随机分为免煎祛萎宁颗粒剂治疗组(84例)和胃乃安胶囊对照组(61例)进行临床和病理观察.结果治疗组临床症状总有效率91.67%,病理总有效率69.05%,优于对照组,差异有显著性(P＜0.05);治疗组治疗前后差异有显著性(症状积分、腺体萎缩比较P＜0.01,肠化生比较P＜0.05);治疗组清除HP总有效率59.32%,优于对照组55%,但差异无显著性(P＞0.05).结论免煎祛萎宁颗粒剂对CAG具有改善、缓解临床症状,改 |

| Objective: to observe the therapeutic effect of Quweining Granula on the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Method: 145 CAG cases were divided into the treatment group of Quweining Granula(84 cases) and the control group of Weinaan Granula(61 cases),clinical symptoms and pathological change were observed.Result: the total effective rate of clinical symptoms in the treatment group is 91.67% and pathological change 69.05%,which significantly surpasses control group(P<0.05).The treatment group develops significant difference after treatment(symptom integral and glandular organ atrophy presenting P<0.01,intestinal metaplasia P<0.05).The total effective rate of HP cleaning is 59.32%,surpassing control group(55%),but without significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: Quweining Granula can improve and relieve clinical symptoms,improve and reverse pathological change. |
