| 目的：探讨知识女性月经不调与精神因素的关系;方法：将调查表登载在《中国青年报》上对全国各地女性亚健康进行了问卷调查,用SPSS软件对其中14483名知识女性调查资料进行了统计分析;结果：知识女性月经不调与焦虑、情绪不稳、易激动、烦躁、易怒、多疑、压抑、紧张、恐惧、孤独等精神症状有关;结论：不良精神因素是影响知识女性月经不调的主要因素之一。 |

| Objective:to study relations between irregular menstruation and mental factor of knowledge women.Methods:put questionnaire in China Youth Daily to make an investigation for the women,and then use a software named SPSS to analyze statistical materials about 14 483 of knowledge women.Results:irregular menstruation of knowledge women is related to mental symptom such as unstable emotion,agitation,irritation,suspicious,fidget,strain,dread,scare,loneliness,oppression,anxiety.Conclusion:bad mental factor is the one of main factors that influenced irregular menstruation of knowledge women. |
