目的:对大孔吸附树脂分离肿节风的异秦皮啶部位进行质量评价。方法:采用HPLC测定肿节风及香豆素部位的异秦皮啶含量。结果:香豆素部位的异秦皮啶含量为2.59%,固体回收率为11.2%,异秦皮啶的回收率为95%,异秦皮啶的纯化倍数为7.4。结论:12-1大孔吸附树脂能较好地分离肿节风的异秦皮啶部位。 |

Objective:Evaluate the quality of isofraxitin part in Sarcandra glabra extract separated by macroporous adsorptive resin.Methods:Determination of isofraxitin in isofraxitin part and Sarcandra glabra extract with Macroporous adsorptive resin.Results:The content of isofraxitin was 2.59%,the recovery rate of solid was 11.2%,the recovery rate of isofraxitin was 95%.,the purification fold of sofraxitin was 7.4.Conclusion:The isofraxitin part could be separated by macroporous adsorptive resin 12-1. |
