| 目的从大鼠肠粘膜肥大细胞(MC)的变化探讨温中健脾方治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS)的作用机理.方法雄性Wistar大鼠48只,按体重随机分为正常组、模型组、温中健脾方组和得舒特组,每组12只.用番泻叶 束缚应激刺激造成腹泻型IBS动物模型,正常组和模型组给予高压消毒的饮用水灌胃,其余两组分别给予温中健脾方煎剂和得舒特水溶液灌胃进行治疗.治疗结束后处死动物,取结肠粘膜固定,制作石蜡切片,采用改良的甲苯胺蓝染色法进行MC染色,利用上海求为生物科技有限公司MIQAS医学图像定量分析系统及医学图像定量分析软件进 |

| Objective:To probe the effects of Wenzhongjianpi Decoction on the mast cell(MC)in the colon mucosa of rats with diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome(IBS).Methods:Forty-five male wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:normal group(NG),model group(MG),Wenzhongjianpi group(WG)and Dicetel group(DG).The diarrhea IBS model was made by Fanxieye and bondage stress stimulus.The MCs were stained by toluidine blue,the population,area,perimeter,cyclo-dimension and equivalent diameter of the MCs were determined by quantified analysis system.Results:Compared with the NG,the population,area,perimeter and equivalent diameter of the MCs were significantly increased and the cyclo-dimension was decreased in MG,WG and DG.Compared with MG,the population,area,perimeter and equivalent diameter of the MCs were significantly decreased and the cyclo-dimension was increased in WG and DG.There were no significant differences between the WG and the DG.Conclusion:The Wenzhongjianpi decoction can reduce the number of the mucosal MCs in the diarrhea IBS rats,and can inhibit the activation and degranulation of the MC,which may be one of the actions mechanisms of Chinese herbs using to treat IBS. |
