| 目的：研究中晚期大肠癌中医辨证分型与病理组织学的相关性。方法：对中晚期大肠癌患者进行辨证分型，并检测病理组织学类型，对两者的相关性进行分析。结果：大肠癌病理类型及临床分期与中医证型相关（P＜0.001）,中分化腺癌以脾肾阳虚型为主；低分化腺癌以肝肾阴虚型为主；乳头状腺癌及粘液腺癌以气血两虚型为主。早期实证多于虚证，晚期虚证多于实证。结论：中晚期大肠癌中医辨证分型具有相关的病理组织学特征。 |
