目的:寻找药用植物扁担杆的抗菌活性成分。方法:将从扁担杆中分得的6个化合物:木栓酮(1)、表木栓醇(2)、二十一酸(3)、β-谷甾醇(4)、棕榈酸丙酯(5)、儿茶素(6),采用液体两倍稀释法对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、β-溶血性链球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、柠檬色葡萄球菌进行体外抑菌实验。结果:与阳性对照药盐酸小檗碱比较,上述6个化合物对除金黄色葡萄球菌以外的5种细菌生长均有明显的抑制作用,特别是儿茶素对绿脓杆菌、β-溶血性链球菌和表皮葡萄球菌均有较强的抑制作用,最低抑菌浓度分别为0.004、0.002 |

Objective To screen the antibacterial constituents from Grewia biloba.Methods Double dilution method was used to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of six compounds,friedelin (1),epi-friedelan-3-ol (2),heneicosanoic acid(3),β-sitosterol (4),Propyl palmitate (5),catechin (6),isolated from Grewia biloba against Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,β-Hemolytic streptococcus,Staphylococcus epidermidis and Staphylococcus citreus.Results Compounds 1-6 can obviously inhibit the growth of the above five bacteria except for Staphylococcus aureus.Furthermore catechin (6) showed stronger antibacterial activities than berberine hydrochloride against Pseudomonas aeruginosa,β-Hemolytic streptococcus and Staphylococcus epidermidis with MIC 0.004、0.002、0.004 mg/ml,respectively.Conclusion Compounds 1-6 isolated from Grewia biloba have obvious antibacterial activities and catechin (6) showed strong antibacterial activities. |
